81110A Pulse Signal Generator

The 81110A is a used Agilent pulse generator. A pulse generator is an electronic test instrument used by engineers to produce rectangular pulses. Electromagnetic pulse generators are best suited for digital circuits rather than analog circuits. Engineers can inject pulses into the device under test as a stimulus during equipment testing, using pulses to confirm the proper operation of the device.

The Agilent 81110A with one or two Agilent 81111A output modules is a single/dual-channel 165 MHz pulse pattern generator. Compared to the Agilent 81104A, the 81110A offers the same performance over a wider frequency range. Delays and pulse widths in non-PLL mode, as well as repetition rates, are more accurate (3% or 0.5% when self-calibrated).

Alternatively, the Agilent 81110A with one or two Agilent 81112A output modules is a single/dual-channel 330 MHz pulse pattern generator. It offers the option of 800 ps or 1.6 ns edges instead of variable transitions. The output impedance is 50 ohms, delivering up to 3.8 Vpp into 50 ohms. Internal channel addition is not available.
